The Alpha program is designed to revitalize a Christian's love and commitment to serving God in his or her daily life and work. This is accomplished through great fellowship and study / discussion classes that meet throughout the church year. The program is led by Charles and Judy Firmin and has proven to be a great experience for many in our church family over the past several years. Please Join us! Key Benefits
The ALPHA program is a ten-week practical to the Christian faith. The course addresses key questions such as: "What is the meaning of life?, "What happens when we die?", "What relevance does Jesus have for our lives?", "How do we deal with guilt?", etc. Each weekly session begins with an informal dinner, followed by a large group learning time and ends with small group discussion and interaction. ALPHA is ideal for those who are interested in investigating Christianity, for new Christians, or for anyone who wants to brush up on the basics of the faith. Since ALPHA is biblically based and not doctrinally based, it's not just for Episcopalians- so bring your friends and family! Sessions are each Wednesday evening, and begin promptly at 6 PM. Pre-registration is essential! To register, call the Church Office at 903-794-9224, or Judie Firmin at 903-793-3459. Child care is available.
